Healthy Meals at the summer camp

An active lifestyle demands a healthy, balanced selection of foods.
Our chefs have years of experience in preparing meals for the demands of young people and offer a balanced and diversified daily menu.

Monday - Friday

Three meals daily will be offered from Monday to Friday: breakfast, lunch and dinner. All meals are offered buffet-style and you are free to refill your plate. Usually there will be a selection of various salads, main courses, desserts, fruit and drinks offered.

Saturday and Sunday

The days to sleep late! Breakfast and lunch will be contracted into one single meal, our popular and abundant brunch buffet.

After your return from the daily excursions and activities, a hearty dinner will be waiting in the cafeteria.

“Theme nights"

Every now and again our chefs surprise their guests with a "theme night": an Asian buffet, a Mexican dinner, "La Soiree Française", the "Burger & Nuggets" night - you can be sure it’s going to be good!

The Cafeterias

The “Lake Side” and "Garden Café" buffet restaurants on the Montreux campus have been renovated in 2006 and are open daily for the warm meals.
In Leysin, all meals will be served on campus in the "Market Place" or "Sitio" . Both cafeterias were renovated and refurbished in 2004 und offer places for 100 guests.If necessary, the attached French restaurant with an additional 60 places can be opened too.

BBQs

Even more variety is on its way when our chefs organize their garden barbecues: a large choice of grilled meats and sausages and a fresh salad buffet followed by a dessert buffet and fresh fruit.
